When you purchase our services for a complete website optimization, we follow a simple and straightforward process:

• We start with a 30-minute to an hour conversation with you, either in person if you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, or by phone. After getting a better idea of what is your target market, what separates you from your competitors and what your goals are, we will be able to compile a list of efficient keywords for your keyword strategy.
• We will then spend 2 to 3 days to conduct an in-depth analysis of those keywords to determine the 3 best ones to optimize your site around.
• Next, we will be working with your designer (or whoever is responsible for your site's maintenance) for all on-page optimization.
• If you don't have a designer available, we can implement on-page changes ourselves if you provide us with the necessary tools and information.
• Once the site is optimized, we will be monitoring your site's traffic for 4 weeks, to keep you informed of the results. We will also be working on link building during this period and we will send you a detailed report at the end of this 4-week persiod.

Our Full Offering for website optimization includes:

• In-depth Keyword & Competition analysis


• On-page optimization for up to 8 pages around 3 keywords, by your designer or by us:

- Meta tags (title, description, keywords, etc.)

- h1 tags

- Slight content editing to make it SEO-friendly

- Renaming of pages/files if necessary

- Whatever necessary changes in the code

- Work on additional pages and keywords can be negotiated

• 4 weeks of monitoring the site after on-page optimization during which we also submit the site to different places for Off-Page optimization (link building).


• Special attention to Local Off-Page optimization if your business targets a local audience.


• Establishing a basic presence on the most popular Social Network platforms (or whichever ones make sense for your business)
